To sign in, choose Log In on the Guts website and enter your email address or username, followed by your password. Select Log In to submit those details.
Once there, choose Log In. The same page also provides Forgot password? and a customer-support link if you need help accessing an existing account.
Forgotten your password?
Use Forgot password? on the Guts login page and follow the recovery instructions. Use the email associated with your existing account. If a recovery message is expected but does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that you used the correct address before requesting another message.
If you no longer have access to that email, choose Need help? Contact Customer Support on the login page. Explain that you cannot access your registered email. Do not create a second account to work around the problem.
When sign-in still does not work
Check for a mistyped username or email, an unexpected keyboard language, and an outdated password saved by your browser. Re-enter the details carefully. If the page does not load, check your connection and try reopening it in an up-to-date browser.
A password reset does not resolve every account restriction. If Guts says your account is restricted, suspended or awaiting verification, use the support route shown on the login page and describe the message you received. Never use another account or location-masking tools to bypass a restriction or self-exclusion.
Sign in from your phone
Open the Guts website in your phone’s browser, choose Log In, and use your existing email or username and password. You do not need to create a separate account for the browser route. Password recovery starts from Forgot password?, just as it does on the desktop login page.
On a shared device, avoid saving your password and sign out when you finish. See the mobile-access guide for the distinction between using the website and downloading an app.
New to Guts?
Choose Create Account, rather than Log In. The first registration step asks for an email address and password; follow the remaining on-screen steps using your own accurate personal information. Guts may verify your age, identity, address and payment ownership.
This site is intended for adults 19+. Guts does not permit new accounts for residents of Ontario or Alberta, and other eligibility restrictions apply. If you already have an account but cannot access it, use recovery or support instead of registering again.
